What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours before reserved start time. The deposit is non-refundable, yet transferrable. Please contact the company ASAP to reschedule.

May I add service hours?

Yes. Additional hours are subject to a fee. Hours can be added when selecting your service(s). You may also edit the form on your confirmation email.

Do I have to clean the equipment before return?

Customers are not required to clean the equipment. We do ask that you ensure it is free of food, decorations, and trash.

Does someone need to be present during delivery and set up?

Yes. Please ensure an adult is present. Our goal is to meet customer’s expectations. We will need instructions on placement and access to outlets and Wi-Fi, if applicable. Also, if any alterations are needed, we can do so during that time block.

Is the deposit required?

If you choose not to pay in full, we do require a deposit to guarantee your requested service(s), date and time. It is due immediately.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due on your reserved date before set up. Failure to do so may result in a shorter service time or cancellation of reservation.

May I pick up Rentals?

Most rentals are available for pickup in the Memphis area. Please select that option on the inquiry form. Our delivery rates start at $25 for all services and quantities.

What if I need emergency assistance with my rental?

We strive to ensure all equipment is ready to be serviced prior to your start time. In the event something goes wrong, please contact our team as soon as possible. You may also contact us at 901-412-0203. We will do our best to have the issue resolved immediately.
